Meeting Suites

Exhibitors can contract an exhibit floor meeting suite through their ISE EXPO sales representative to hold show hour customer meetings in. All meetings should be held during exhibit show hours only.

PLEASE NOTE: ISE EXPO exhibitor entertainment, meetings, or similar activities are not permitted in hotel rooms or other private or public facilities during hours that conflict with exhibit hours. Contracted host hotels will not reserve meeting rooms/function space for ISE EXPO exhibitors during the show dates without show management approval.

ISE EXPO Exhibit Floor Hours:   

Wednesday: 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM    |    Thursday: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM


MEETING SUITES : $1,200 PER 10×10/100 SQ. FT.

ISE EXPO offers meeting suites on the exhibit floor. Meeting rooms are only available to ISE EXPO 2018 exhibitors (minimum size 10’ x 10’). Contact your sales representative to reserve your space. Meeting suites are limited.

What comes standard with a meeting room?

(Meeting rooms will be lockable and 1 exhibitor contact will be given the key)

Each 10’ x 10’ room will receive the following:
1 – 6’ skirted table
4 – Arm chairs
1 – 30” round café tables
1 – Wastebasket
1 – 10’ x 10’ grey carpet

Each 10’ x 20’ room will receive the following:
2 – 6’ skirted tables either separate or, if requested, the 6’ tables could be put together to make 1 conference table. If a different size table is needed then exhibitor will need to rent a conference table from Freeman through the Exhibitor Service Kit.
8 – Arm chairs
2 – 30” round café tables
1 – Wastebasket
1 – 10’ x 20’ grey carpet

Each 20’ x 20’ room will receive the following:
4 – 6’ white draped tables
16 – Arm chairs
4 – 30” round café tables
2 – 10’ x 20’ grey carpets
