Sharing exhibit space is not allowed. Exhibitors may not assign, sublet, or apportion space in whole or in part, nor exhibit any products or services other than those manufactured or handled in the normal course of its everyday business, nor permit any agent or any exhibiting firm to solicit business in said space. If special circumstances warrant an exception, permission must be obtained in writing from ISE EXPO Management, which reserves the right to render final judgment. Please contact your sales rep if interested in obtaining additional exhibit space.
The minimum booth size is 100 square feet. $43.35 per square foot.
All other exhibit-related costs (freight, drayage, booth carpeting and cleaning, electrical service, lead-retrieval equipment, tables/chairs/wastebaskets, floral, etc.) are the exhibitor’s responsibility and can be ordered through Freeman Decorating, ISE EXPO’s general service contractor, in the online exhibitor kit.
What is included in the 10×10 price for a booth?
Additional Exhibitor Badges can be purchased for $50.00 each. Exhibitor badges are for exhibit booth personnel only – this includes exhibitor-appointed contractors (EACs) such as talent, entertainment, speakers and others that will be working in your booth.
ISE EXPO attendee lists are not available for purchase to non-exhibitors. Attendee lists are considered an added exhibitor benefit and will be provided free of charge to contracted ISE EXPO exhibitors.
It is strongly encouraged that you book your hotel room blocks early in the planning process for ISE EXPO 2019. Reserve your rooms today.
All exhibit personnel are required to register. Exhibitor Registration will open early May 2019.
Offering Lead Retrieval Services to exhibitors allows for the collection, management and following up of leads after the event. Lead retrieval services provides detailed attendee information which poses a security concern. Data protection is a top worry of event planners. The primary concern when exhibitors use their own systems for lead retrieval is the possibility of attendee data being put at risk. This valuable contact data is now in possession of exhibitors who have legitimately scanned attendees, however, the third party scanner provider also has access to the data that has been collected and could possibly resell it and/or use it for marketing purposes etc. Third party lead retrieval providers often offer the services to anybody who is willing to buy, without verifying if that company is in fact an authorized exhibitor at the event, exposing attendee information without show management knowledge.
Because of this concern, Showcare Event Solutions, ISE EXPO’s contracted lead retrieval service vendor, is proactively taking steps to protect data privacy at their events. Barcode encryption is an effective, widely used tool to ensure that only ISE EXPO’s lead retrieval vendor has access to exhibitor and attendee data to ensure data security.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In the event an exhibitor attempts to use their own device to scan they will only receive the attendee’s badge number along with illegible encrypted characters which is of no value to the exhibitor. If this instance should occur to a validated exhibitor, Showcare can assist by merging the data with the badge numbers and provide the decrypted data at the cost of a Showlead.
Exhibitors are allowed 4 exhibitor passes per 10’ x 10’ booth (max of 16 passes) with admission to regular seminars. All exhibit personnel are required to register. If you have exceeded the number of exhibitor passes per your booth allotment, you may purchase additional ones for $50 each. Did you know, your exhibitor registration also includes access to engaging keynote speakers, over 30 accredited seminars, demo zones, exhibit hall with 200+ vendors and happy hour?
Exhibitor may not assign, sublet, or apportion any part of space allotted nor exhibit any goods other than those manufactured or handled by the exhibitor in the regular course of his/her business, nor permit any representative of another firm to solicit business in exhibitor’s space.
“Suitcasing” is the act of suppliers or sales representatives soliciting business in the aisles of the exhibition, in another company’s booth, or during any event activities without authorization from Show Management. Please notify Show Management immediately if you witness anyone “suitcasing”.
“Outboarding” is the act of non-exhibiting companies, Associations, suppliers, or sales representatives conducting meetings, hospitality functions, training or showrooms with event participants off of the show floor (in hotels, restaurants, parking lots and other venues) without having purchased a booth at the event or having authorization from Show Management.
Suitcasing and Outboarding are violations of the ISE EXPO exhibition policy. Please report any violations to Show Management immediately.
Show Management shall have the sole control over all admission policies at all times.
No one under 18 years of age will be allowed in the conference sessions or the exhibit hall (including setup, dismantle and show hours). Event Management reserves the right to require proof of age prior to admission into ISE EXPO. Badges must be worn at all times. Non-exhibiting suppliers or vendors will be prohibited from selling goods and services at the show.
Exhibitors wanting to conduct retail sales within their exhibit space are subject to rules set forth by the event Management and the facility. Exhibitors will be responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Subject to and in accordance with the foregoing, the distribution of samples, souvenirs, publications, etc. or other sales and sales promotion activities, must be conducted by Exhibitor only from within Exhibitor’s exhibit space. The distribution of any articles that interferes with the activities or obstructs access to neighboring exhibit spaces, or that impedes aisles, is prohibited. No article containing any product other than the product or materials made or processed or used by Exhibitor in Exhibitor’s product or service may be distributed except by written permission of Event Manager.
Before, after, or during event hours, no photography or videotaping will be permitted anywhere except by Event Management or the official event photographer. Only those professional photographers approved by Event Management will be allowed on the event floor. Any individual, whether exhibitor or attendee, is prohibited from taking photographs or electronic images of exhibit displays or their contents without the permission of the exhibitor involved. Violators will be escorted off the exhibit floor and will forfeit their credentials and/or film. Violators will not be allowed re-entry. Event Management reserves the right to use photographs taken at the event for promotional purposes.
