Director Innovation and Strategic Initiatives
Erik Sheehan is the Director of Innovation and Strategic Initiatives with Wireline and Global Network Operations at Verizon. He leads mobility strategy for 14,000 field service employees and oversees organization-wide technology initiatives and new product deployments. Previously, Erik led a team of 1,500 employees responsible for Verizon’s wireline infrastructure and oversaw a $500 million expense and capital budget. He’s also held various positions of increasing responsibility in business strategy, marketing, competitive intelligence, finance, real estate, construction, enterprise and engineering & planning. Erik graduated from Boston College and received an MBA from Northeastern University. He currently lives in New Jersey with his wife and two sons.
