Vice President for Consumer Field Operations – Customer Advocacy and Service, AT&T
Tejas Antani serves as Vice President for Consumer Field Operations in the Southwest region as part of AT&T’s Customer Advocacy and Service organization. He leads over 6,000 technicians and managers that install, repair, and maintain services for internet and voice customers in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.
In his 18-year tenure with AT&T, Tejas has served in a variety of leadership roles across customer-facing operations in contact centers and field services as well as roles in technology design and development and big data analytics. He’s contributed to company transformation efforts through his work deploying data-powered insights and AI solutions to optimize operations productivity and help AT&T’s front line resolve more issues right the first time.
Tejas has held several roles across customer care, network & product marketing. He began as a manager of service representatives and field technicians and was a part of building and deploying AT&T U-verse TV and Internet in Northern California.
Tejas is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where he studied Cognitive Science. Committed to lifelong learning, he’s a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has earned certificates in analytics and programming. Tejas lives in Dallas with his wife and two daughters.
